Groups of 30 and above

Booking Window

Reservations open four (4) weeks in advance.

Check back if your date is outside this window.

Fully Booked

If unavailable, you may walk-in and grab a seat at the bar (first come, first serve basis) or you may choose an alternative date.

Reservation Timing & Table Holding

Same-Day Reservations

Must be made at least three (3) hours before the desired time.

Table Hold

Tables are held for 15 minutes. Late arrivals may lose their table to waiting guests.

A minimum spend of RM200 per person is required on weekends, the eve of public holidays, and other applicable dates.

Age Policy
21 years and above only.

Deposit Policy

50% required for groups of six (6) or more, deducted from the total bill. Non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before.

Deposits can be rescheduled for another booking if changed at least 24 hours before the original reservation.

Seating Requests

Specific seating, such as tables in front of stage, is subject to availability and allocated on a first-reserve basis.

Seating Allocations

Allocations are at the discretion of Customer Service Executives to ensure the best experience.

Special Requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.

Our team will send confirmation and directions once your booking is finalized.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: Permitted once with at least 24 hours' notice.

Deposits may be applied to the new booking.
